Site Policy

Privacy Policy

This page describes what information is collected when you visit privacylawnetwork.com and how it is used. The site is a reference publication. It has no accounts, no forms and no comment section, so the only personal information it receives is what your browser sends when you load a page and anything you choose to put in an email.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how pages are used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general characteristics such as device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. The measurement is used to decide what to write and what to update. It is not used to identify individual visitors, and it is not combined with any other information about you.

Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts.

Server Logs

Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: the IP address making each request, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user agent. These logs are kept by the hosting provider for operating and securing the site.

Email

If you write to info@privacylawnetwork.com, your message and address are used to read and answer it, and for nothing else. Please do not send confidential details of a legal matter. This site does not provide legal advice, and writing to it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

What the Site Does Not Do

  • It does not sell or rent personal information, and it does not share it for advertising.
  • It does not run advertising.
  • It does not refer visitors to attorneys or pass inquiries to anyone.

Links to Other Sites

Articles link to statutes, regulations, court records and agency pages on government and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
